Blue Glasses AI is a trade name of MiMo Export LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Sunbiz Document No. L14000001757). In these Terms, "BG," "we," "us," and "our" mean MiMo Export LLC d/b/a Blue Glasses AI. "You" and "your" mean the person or organization visiting this site or booking a free intro call with us.
These Terms govern your use of blueglasses.ai and any subdomain we operate (the "Site"), and the free intro call described below. They do not govern paid engagements — those are covered by a separate signed agreement (see Section 3).
By using the Site or booking a free intro call with us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Site and don't book a call.
The Site is a marketing presence for Blue Glasses AI. It is not a SaaS application. There is no login, no account, and no payment processed on the Site. Information on the Site describes what we do; it is not advice tailored to your business.
The "Free Automation Strategy Call" is a 30-minute conversation, booked through a Google Calendar Appointment Schedule page. No fee is charged. Booking the call does not create a paid engagement and does not obligate either of us to enter one.
The call delivers clarity inside the 30 minutes — discussion, questions, and direction. It does not include a deliverable artifact (no document, no map, no report) sent after the call. If you want a deliverable, that's a paid engagement under Section 3 below.
Any paid work we do for you is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and/or Statement of Work signed off-site between you and MiMo Export LLC. Those agreements — not these Terms — define scope, fees, deliverables, warranties, and liability for paid work. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed MSA or SOW, the MSA or SOW controls for that engagement.
The Site and the free intro call are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on the Site is current. Anything discussed during the free intro call is general information and a starting-point conversation — not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice you should act on without your own diligence.
Our total liability to you for anything related to the Site or the free intro call is capped at US $0. Because no fee is charged for either, no fees-paid measure of damages applies.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption — even if we were told such damages were possible.
Nothing in this Section limits liability for our own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Florida law.
The cap and exclusions above are a basic part of the bargain between us. Without them, we would not offer the Site or the free intro call.
The Site's text, design, layout, code, logos, and other content are owned by MiMo Export LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by US copyright, trademark, and related laws. "Blue Glasses AI" and the Blue Glasses AI marks are our trademarks. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission, except as Section 7 allows.
You own the information you share with us when you contact us or join a free intro call — the description of your business, your goals, your questions, and so on. By sharing it with us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that information for the limited purpose of preparing for and holding the call, responding to your inquiry, and following up afterward. We don't claim ownership of your information, and we don't use it to train third-party AI models.
The general methods, frameworks, patterns, and know-how we describe during a free intro call — including any reference architectures, approaches, or "how we'd think about this" framings — remain our intellectual property. You are free to act on what you learn in the conversation; you don't get any license to our underlying frameworks beyond using them in your own business after the call.

The Site relies on services operated by third parties — including Vercel for hosting and delivery, Google for Calendar booking and Fonts, and the email provider we use for inbox at info@blueglasses.ai. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them through the Site is also subject to those terms.
The Site may also link to other third-party websites. We don't control those sites, we don't endorse them, and we're not responsible for their content or practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.
How we handle the information you share with us is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them, the Site, or the free intro call are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Exclusive venue for any lawsuit arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or the free intro call lies in the state and federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida. You and we each consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to send us a written notice of the dispute by email to info@blueglasses.ai describing what happened and what resolution you're looking for, and to give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. We agree to the same notice period before bringing any claim against you, sent to whatever email address you provided us. The 30-day window starts when the notice is received.
If informal resolution doesn't work, any remaining dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts in the venue named in Section 11. We have intentionally not required arbitration. You and we each retain the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in court at any time to protect intellectual property or stop ongoing harm.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version at this URL and update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. For material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to flag the update before it takes effect — for example, a notice on the Site or in a follow-up email if we already have one for you.
Continued use of the Site or booking a free intro call after the new Terms take effect means you accept them. If you don't accept the updated Terms, stop using the Site.
If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent needed, and the remainder of the Terms will stay in force.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and the free intro call, and they replace any prior or contemporaneous understandings on the same subject. Paid engagements remain governed by their own separately-signed MSA and/or SOW, as described in Section 3.
