Disclaimer

Last updated 2026-05-25

Blue Glasses AI is a brand of MiMo Export LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This page explains what we mean by the claims on this website and what we don't promise. We'd rather be straight with you up front than vague.

1. What this disclaimer covers

This disclaimer applies to:

It does not govern paid engagements. Once you hire us, the binding terms live in the Master Services Agreement (MSA) we sign for that engagement — including scope, acceptance criteria, fees, IP, confidentiality, and remedies. Where this page and the MSA cover the same ground, the MSA controls.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing on this site, said on the Free Automation Strategy Call, or shared as general guidance is legal, financial, tax, medical, accounting, investment, or other licensed professional advice. We're an AI and automation studio. We're not your lawyer, accountant, doctor, or financial advisor.

For decisions that touch a regulated area, consult a licensed professional in that field before acting.

3. No guaranteed business outcomes

We don't guarantee revenue, profit, lead volume, conversion rate, hours saved, headcount reduction, or any general business outcome from any engagement. Results from automation depend on inputs we don't control, including:

The Build-Until-It-Works Guarantee — what it actually means

The Build-Until-It-Works Guarantee referenced on our marketing site is scoped to the specific, measurable outcome named in the roadmap for your engagement — for example, "inbound leads from the contact form get a personalized first response within 5 minutes." We keep building on that outcome until the live automation hits it.

The guarantee is not a guarantee of any broader business result the outcome might contribute to (more revenue, more closed deals, better team morale, etc.). Those depend on factors beyond the automation itself. The exact outcome, acceptance criteria, and remedy for your engagement are written into the MSA.

4. Timing estimates are typical, not contractual deadlines

References to timing on this site — including "Week 1–2," "weeks, not quarters," and similar language — describe what's typical across the engagements we run. They are not contractual deadlines.

Actual timing for your build depends on:

If a specific delivery date matters for your engagement, we put it in writing in the MSA. Otherwise, treat the site's timing language as a planning estimate.

5. Tool and model selection

We recommend the tools, models, and architecture for each build — that's part of what you hire us for. But final selection is a joint decision agreed in the engagement scope. You approve what we use before we build on it.

We don't represent that any specific tool, model, or vendor is uniquely "right" for your business in any absolute sense. The technology landscape changes fast, and reasonable choices today may not be the best choices in a year. The MSA documents what we agreed to use for your build at the time.

6. Third-party AI providers and dependencies

The automations we build depend on third-party AI providers for inference — including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others named in the MSA for a given engagement. We don't control:

Provider changes can require us to adjust a live build. Where this happens after handoff, ongoing adjustments are handled per the MSA's maintenance terms (or as a separate engagement if there are none).

7. AI output accuracy and human review

AI-generated output from the systems we build can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or hallucinated. This is true of every system that uses large language models today, including the best of them.

You must apply human review before relying on AI output for any consequential decision — including but not limited to legal, financial, hiring, medical, customer-facing communications, and any decision with regulatory or reputational stakes. We design builds with review steps where they're appropriate, but final responsibility for what your business acts on or sends out rests with you.

We're not responsible for losses or harms caused by reliance on un-reviewed AI output from a system we built.

8. Data and intellectual property

The detail lives in the MSA for your engagement. In summary:

9. Third-party services and links

This site and the systems we build may link to or integrate with third-party services — providers, platforms, integrations, and tools. We don't endorse, control, or warrant the content, behavior, security, or availability of any third-party service.

Third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies. When you use them — directly, or through a system we built — you agree to those terms with the third party.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiMo Export LLC (operating as Blue Glasses AI), its members, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, the Free Automation Strategy Call, or any general guidance we share — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — even if we were advised that those damages were possible.

Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of this site or the Free Automation Strategy Call is capped at one hundred US dollars (US $100). Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by the cap in that engagement's MSA.

Nothing in this section limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from this disclaimer or your use of this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to this disclaimer

We may update this disclaimer from time to time as our services, the AI landscape, or applicable law change. When we make a material update, we'll post the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised disclaimer.
